Weave FAQs

  1. Please email assess@agemboutique.com to request a Weave account
  2. Upon receiving your account request, we will invite you to become a Weave user.
  3. You will receive an email from noreply@weaveeducation.com titled "Welcome to Weave". Please follow the prompts in this email to set up your Weave account with MIDAS, the university's single sign on system.
  4. Troubleshooting: For security purposes, there is a 36 hour expiration for account creation. If you try to create your account after this timeframe and experience issues, then please email assess@agemboutique.com and we will re-send and re-active your Weave invitation to set up your account. We apologize for any inconvenience.

We are excited to be moving to a single sign on for Weave that links to your MIDAS ID and password. This way faculty and staff do not have to remember separate usernames and passwords that are unique to the Weave software.

If you get an error message titled "Authentication Error" after signing into MIDAS that says "Your Shibboleth login was successful, but there was a problem with your Weave account", then you should

  1. Check your inbox for an email titled "Welcome to Weave" from noreply@weaveeducation.com and use this link to access your account
  2. Please complete this access request. You will receive an e-mail from noreply@weaveeducation.com within one business day. This email will allow you to set up single sign on and link your Weave account to your MIDAS.

If you are unable to access Weave and encounter a loading screen for more than a few minutes after signing into MIDAS, then you should email assess@agemboutique.com so that we can re-active and re-send your Weave invitation to set up single sign on and access Weave. The invitation and activation links will expire within 36 hours for security purposes. We apologize for any inconvenience.

If you cannot view your program's report in Weave, then you need to be granted access to the assessment plan. Please contact the person who currently completes your program's assessment plan and ask them to add you as a "Team Member."

Access the Archival Assessment Reports

All assessment reports up until 2015 are archived with the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment. Please contact us at assess@agemboutique.com to get a copy of an assessment report completed before 2015.
